      • Why do I need a management plan?

        Like any other piece of software, your website needs tuned up regularly in order to prevent it from falling apart over time. A management plan keeps things up to date, which keeps the website performing well, prevents security vulnerabilities, and keeps 3rd party licenses from lapsing.

      • What does a management plan do exactly?

        It depends on the plan, but every management plan option offers a ton of benefits like premium web hosting, software updates, offsite backups, uptime monitoring, caching, DNS management, image optimization, and access to premium software licenses.

      • What if I have more tasks than my management plan allows?

        Anything that doesn’t fit into a 30-Minute Task, or any additional 30-Minute Tasks beyond what the management plan offers, will be treated like a separate project and will be charged at our standard hourly rate. Get in touch with us if you need help beyond what is offered by the management plan.

      • Can I change my management plan?

        As long as your website is not currently on a Growth Plan, then you can change your plan at any time. Get in touch with us at [email protected].

      • Will I be able to make edits to my own website?

        We discourage you from doing anything that could significantly impact the website’s search engine optimization rankings, performance and accessibility, or general design and styling. However, there are a lot of things on your website that can be easily edited by you or someone on your team.

      • Who will own my website while I’m on a management plan?

        You own your website, always and forever. The only thing we take over is the responsibility of keeping it up and running.
