About Killer Pom

How to get started

Working with us

Whether you've worked with another web agency or not, it's a good idea to get an sense of what our process looks like for your next project.

  • Connect

    Scheduling a free call

We need to know more about you and your business. Connect with us, and we’ll set up a time for a short call. We want to know what you do and how you do it so that we can create a plan to help get you where you want to be.

  • Proposal

    Proposing a plan of action

Now that we know what we’re working towards, we’ll create a proposal for you to sign off on. This will have details for things like the work that will be performed, the things we’ll need from you, the timeline, and the pricing.

  • Agreement

    Signing the contract

Once everyone is happy with the proposed plan of action, we’ll sign a Master Service Agreement (MSA). This is the actual contract that helps to solidify the plan and protects everyone involved in the project.

  • Production

    Beginning work on your project

Once everyone has signed the MSA, your project will officially begin. You’ll be a partner in all of this, so we’ll be in constant communication to make sure that we’re accurately targeting your goals and nailing your personality.

  • Launch

    Getting your website live

Your new website is scheduled to go live! There’s actually a lot of technical, behind-the-scenes stuff that needs to happen beforehand to make sure the launch goes smoothly. I’ll spare you the boring details, but the point is that all of that hard work is finally about to pay off!

  • Post-Launch

    Ongoing support and management

The launch of your website is just the beginning. An ongoing management plan will take effect, and we’ll continue to monitor and update your website to keep things running smoothly. Growth plans will also be available soon aimed at continuing to improve upon your investment.

    Meet the team

    Hey, I'm Patrick

I'm the owner and founder of Killer Pom Productions, and I've been working on the web for nearly 15 years.

Hard to believe that a short, free, and frankly crappy web design course from back in the day could ever change the course of someone’s life, but that’s exactly where my love for building websites started.

Of course, that was just the beginning.

Since then I’ve logged countless hours of courses and trainings, tens of thousands of hours of hands-on study, connections with hundreds of other web experts, and years of working in this field professionally.

I have helped to improve the online presence for businesses, non-profits, public entities, and other professional individuals, and I’ve worked on projects ranging from silly personal ones that will never see the light of day to websites that are used by hundreds of thousands of people worldwide.

Killer Pom was started as a way to turn that passion into action by building better websites for people eager to grow their own business online.

And that's it. I'm the team.

Even though I'll sometimes bring others into a project when I could use an extra hand, Killer Pom remains a one-person operation. That means it's easy to know who you're working with and who you'll be talking to.

Though I should probably also mention my interns. They don't know a thing about websites, but they're cute enough to keep on the payroll.

    • A parti-colored Pomeranian with white fur and black patches around the eyes looking up at the camera from behind a red curtain.
    • A sable-colored Pomeranian puppy looking up towards the camera.

And we miss the ones we've lost along the way...

    • A mult-colored mixed breed dog looking past the camera.
    • A yellow lab looking up at the camera appearing as though he is smiling.
    • An older black Pomeranian with white fur around the snout, looking up at the camera with her mouth open resembling a smile.
